This development's 34 and 45-story residential towers and 11-story parking garage will add 1.2 million sq. ft. to the city's skyline. The parking garage used 17,594 sq. ft. of Visi-Screen with clear anodized finish on the north and east elevations and Bar Screen on the south elevation. Our custom aluminum glass canopies cover 1,650 sq. ft. above 2 main entrances and around the perimeter as well as retail space at the base of this mixed use project.
