Plaza on Brickell
The Plaza consists of 2 towers offering 1,000 units of one or two bedroom luxury urban condos. We used Visi-Screen on the parking garage facing upward infilling approximately 250 openings for 27,550 sq. ft. of the parking garage cladding and approximately 50 roof top openings of 5,500 sq. ft. roof top cladding. 215 Architectural Sun Screen eyebrows in-filled with Bar Screen and 20 Architectural Metal vertical elements approximately 100' in height each.
