Fontainebleau
A condo/hotel continuation of the historic Fontainebleau Hotel built in the 1950's. The design and installation of 3 components in the second extension building included the parking garage enclosures and the mechanical room roof top enclosure all with our 45-degree louver Visi-Screen products. The screen will block the view on the lower tower from the upper condo units facing east from Fontainebleau II. The 8th aluminum tube trellis, blocks the view of mechanical units from above and the tower next door. Completing it, features the "birthday cake" signature structure on the roof with Visi-Screen on an aluminum frame.
