LOUVERS Louvers are manufactured from aluminum extrusions and are available with mill, anodized, powder coating and Kynar based finishes. Galvanized carbon steel louvers are also available with special finishes. Different blade spacing offers partial or total sight concealment while allowing open air flow. Louvers can be visual barriers infilling open areas of parking garage elevations, roof top mechanical equipment enclosures and ground level as fencing and screening to hide utility and garbage container storages. Enhancements can be added to our louvers for use in security applications. Louvers can be incorporated into green building applications such as sunshades, light diffusers, eyebrows and canopies. *Estimation

GRILLES/SCREENS & TRELLISES Grilles and screens can be used in a variety of applications providing both architectural style and functionality. Our systems are used for railings, fencing, sunshades, balcony dividers, vision barriers and ventilation, and for plant growth (NatureScreen) along with many other types of application requirements. Grilles, screens and trellises are manufactured from aluminum, carbon and stainless steel and are available in a multitude of depths and spacings. Products are available in metal bar grating, perforated metal, expanded metal, wire mesh, wire cloth and louver. Grilles, screens and trellises are used in many “Green Building” applications to reduce interior heat and glare. While many applications are installed as mill finish, product is also available with other finishes including powder coat, anodize and Kynar. We can custom design a system to meet any specification and use.

CLADDING SYSTEMS We offer a variety of cladding systems such as stainless steel sheet metal, ACM panel, corrugated metal and Architectural Membrane for solid surface applications, louver, screen, wire mesh, expanded or perforated metal for open air applications. We can clad a solid surface such as a CMU wall or a structural concrete column with ACM panel system (Aluminum Composite Material) to give the wall a clean easy to maintain look with an unlimited array of colors and features. We can also clad a garage opening to make it appear solid while allowing air and water penetration.

CANOPIES & AWNINGS Awnings are available with steel or aluminum frames in any shape and size and can be covered with many different fabric types and colors. Our awnings can be used as interior decorative features or exterior sun control, decorative and signage. Canopies are available in steel or aluminum and can be custom designed to meet any span or high wind load environment. We can clad our canopies with sheet metal, ACM panels, glass, polycarbonate or any combination of materials. Canopies have both architectural and functional applications. Canopies can be used in interior applications as a decorative feature and exterior applications such as sun control and precipitation protection.

SUNSHADES/BAHAMA & COLONIAL SHUTTERS Sunshades and shutters can be used as decorative architectural features and functional as sun control devices. Sunshades and shutters block heat and glare reducing a building’s overall energy cost. Sunshades are custom fabricated with many screen infills, blade styles and sizes. Shutters can be incorporated with sheet metal protection offering wind and missile impact ratings. Sunshades and Shutters can be incorporated into many green building LEED requirements.

METAL FENCING & RAILING Manufactured in stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum or glass, with a variety of finishes. Our metal fencing can be customized for use in many applications such as security, visual blockage or decorative. We can custom design fencing and railing using a variety of infills such as bar grating, perforated metal, wire mesh, corrugated decking and aluminum tubes. We can also manufacture custom shapes and designs using state-of-the-art computerized water jet cutting.

WALKWAYS & CATWALKS We offer the widest selection of walkway products in the industry. Products are produced from aluminum, carbon and stainless steel and are available in an array of spacings for industrial and architectural applications. Applications include industrial maintenance platforms, catwalks, stair treads, handicap ramps, pedestrian bridges and trench grates. We can provide a unique solution for your project requirements. For ADA compliant walkways, grating can be supplied with close mesh spacings options which meet and/or exceed The Americans with Disabilities Act standards. These products can be provided with a variety of finishes or supplied with a slip resistant surface to enhance safety.

SIGNATURE STRUCTURES Structures that exemplify a one-of-a-kind design using multiple material types are our specialty. Our custom structures are used to provide a unique architectural element to buildings while also providing functionality. We have built structures that visually screen roof top mechanical equipment while providing a unique look and a building signature in the skyline. Signature structures can also be located at ground level providing retail space, landscape architecture, hiding a garbage storage area, or screening a generator. We work with architects and developers to custom design a structure for any application imaginable.

MISCELLANEOUS METALS We offer miscellaneous metal fabrication on many different kinds of materials. These include steel and aluminum tubes, angles, embeds, equipment support, decking, platforms, grating, louvers, stairs and more. We can fabricate from your drawings or provide a drawing for you. Our products can be provided with various finishes including mill, zinc primed, anodized, galvanized, powder coated, ESP or Kynar.
